In the city of Aurora, a young man named Liam led a perfect and optimistic life as the CEO of a music company. However, everything changed for him when the mysterious "Gender Wave" hit the city.
Liam, in the middle of an outdoor concert, was enveloped by the wave of energy. When the "Gender Wave" dissipated, Liam found himself in the body of a large-breasted woman. The abrupt transformation plunged Liam into total confusion, leaving him trapped in a body that he did not recognize as his own, generating a total rejection of the idea of being a woman and any help.
The sudden alteration of his gender identity generated a crisis in Liam's mind, being unable to process reality, he began to experience intense emotional distress, causing an internal struggle, deteriorating his mental health. So like many people who were affected by the "Gender Wave" who did not accept the new reality of it, they ended up in the asylum.
