It was a sunny day when Alex, a 17-year-old boy, was resting on his Aunt Meredith's couch when 'The Great Shift' occurred, leaving them both with their bodies swapped. A ringing sound rang in his ears as the ground seemed to disappear beneath his feet. When he opened his eyes again, Alex found himself in a completely different place. Disoriented, Alex realized that something was deeply wrong. He looked down and, to his surprise, found himself in Aunt Meredith's body. Confusion and bewilderment invaded him as he tried to assimilate the strange reality in which he found himself; Therefore, he decided to look for her body, being surprised that his aunt was inside her.

At first, Alex and Meredith were shocked and confused by what had happened. They didn't know how to reverse the change and return to their original bodies.
